1. Location

Channel 9 purchased a vacant block of land at 46 Regent St Elsternwick Victoria for $9.6 million in December 2016, with approved plans to build a five lot subdivision. Five “used” weatherboard houses were relocated to the vacant land for the contestants to renovate.
